TIME: Friday: Merchant Market and Food Trucks on Taylor Street Open 10am – 6pm
Saturday: All children’s and other activities commence 10am – 6pm

Costume Contest (kids and adults) – 1:00
Witches & Warlocks Ride starts at 2:30 lineup/Ride at 3:30
Carriage Ride, City Harbor – 11:00-3:00
Games on the Green, City Harbor
Pumpkin Bowling, Food Tent
TDC Snow Cones at the Train
