History by Lantern Light: Kings Chapel Cemetery – Lake Guntersville State Park

DETAILS: Grab a lantern and join the Park Naturalist at Smith-Caston Cemetery, one of the lesser-known cemeteries at the park, to learn about the land and the families who lived here before the state park was formed!

We will be meeting at Smith-Caston Cemetery off Highway 227.

There will be parking available in the grass. Dogs are welcome, but they must be on a leash.

We will have some lanterns available for use; however, attendees are encouraged to bring flashlights, lanterns, and/or headlamps to help light the way!
