TIME: Registration begins at 11:30 am
LOCATION: Total Dental Care, Guntersville
DETAILS: You must be present at 11:30 to have your name put in the drawing for treatment. There is no reason to come super early like in the past!
In order to be treated you must be:*19 years or older with a VALID photo ID
*have a list of your current medications
*donate 2 canned goods to our food drive
Each patient will receive ONE service: filling, extraction or cleaning and patients with dental insurance are not eligible.This event is open to the public but extensive surgical extractions and sedation cannot be provided.Due to space limitations, only the patient receiving treatment can come inside our office, so please do not bring children or other companions with you as they will have to wait outside or in your vehicle.If you have questions give us a call 582-CARE, our staff will be happy to help you!
