5:30 am – 6:30 am: Registration & Packet Pick Up

‍6:45 am: Transition Closes. Bikes must be in the transition area

7:00 am: Olympic Swim Start

7:30 am: Sprint Swim Start

9:30 am: Estimated time for Sprint Distance Awards

11:30 am: All participants must be finished to guarantee police and volunteer support*

LOCATION: Guntersville Rec Center – 1500 Sunset Dr., Guntersville, AL

DETAILS: The Mountain Lakes Triathlon is set for Saturday, July 26. Test your stamina on this scenic, fast course. The swim takes place in Lake Guntersville, while the bike course is a 16.2 mile loop with a mix of residential and rural roads, with fun flat sections and a few small rollers. The run course is a 3-mile out-and-back on a paved running trail that winds along the lake.
