Representatives from the U.S Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Wage and Hour Division (WHD), and Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will answer questions about agricultural labor laws and provide an opportunity for you to share how we can work together to inform and educate workers and employers in the industry.

Topics will include H-2A, compliance practices, farm labor, workplace safety, and more. Provide your questions in advance on the online registration form by August 18^th.
