The event will be in person at The Jackson Center in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, on August 27, 2026. The Government Contracting Business Matchmaker is most effective when you come prepared. A conversation with an APEX advisor now can help you evaluate your readiness, strengthen your materials, and approach the event with a clear strategy. Register by 8/1 to save $50! Tickets are $150 if purchased by August 1st. This event will sell out! Prices increase to $200 on August 2nd. WE ARE LIKELY TO SELL OUT BEFORE THE DEADLINE! Matchmaker Agenda 7:15 am – 8:00 am – Check-in & Continental Breakfast 8:00 am – 8:30 am – Welcome and Matchmaking Overview 8:30 am – 1:00 pm – Matchmaker Sessions Requirements for Participation as Small Businesses (Sellers): Registered in SAM.gov (or pending) NAICS Codes (top 5) Brief Capabilities Statement Best if in business for more than a year Your Seller ticket is good for five 12-minute meetings with Buyers. These face-to-face sessions will allow small businesses (Sellers) to present their capability briefs to agencies and prime contractors (Buyers). We highly recommend that you plan on being present for the entire event to maximize your meeting opportunities. Opportunities for additional meetings will be made available as slots become available. NOTE: You only need one ticket if two representatives from your company plan to attend meetings together.
