DESCRIPTION:Sunset Paddle – Lake Guntersville State Park \nDATE: Saturday\, August 30 \nTIME: 5:30 PM \nLOCATION: Lake Guntersville State Park – Campground Kayak Park \nDETAILS: Bring your binoculars and take a guided kayaking adventure with the Park Naturalist! As we paddle along the shoreline of Lake Guntersville at sunset\, we will be on the lookout for native wildlife species and discuss the history of the area! Reserve your spot today! \n\nWe will spend roughly two hours on the water and cover about 1.5 miles of shoreline. Make sure to bring sunscreen & water! \nWe have single kayaks\, tandem kayaks\, canoes\, and children’s kayaks (with a weight limit of 130 lbs) to rent\, but you are welcome to bring your personal kayak or canoe and only pay the program fee of $5 per person. You must have life jackets on board for all persons in the vessel. \nYou must preregister for this program by the day before the event!
