DESCRIPTION:Lake Guntersville State Park 38th Annual Eagle Awareness Weekends\nSponsorship Opportunities \nWhat began as an initiative to save the bald eagle from the brink of extinction has evolved into an annual tradition of conservation and adventure. Eagle Awareness Weekends feature live birds of prey demonstrations and educational programs provided by notable speakers\, guided field trips for viewing eagle in their natural habitat\, an array of classes teaching about endangered species\, and the unique beauty of the mountains and lake. Each year\, over 300 guests participate in this adventure on site and approximately 200\,000 are reached through social media and advertising.
