Chamber Celebrates Grand Opening for Mediterranean Restaurant

Guntersville Ala.— The Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 for the official grand opening of Brazos Restaurant at 14365 U.S Highway 431.

“I am grateful to have the opportunity to bring this culture to Guntersville,” said Nabeel Aljayeh, owner of Brazos. “Guntersville is a hidden gem and from the moment I visited, I knew I had to do something great in this area.”

Brazos is a mediterranean-style restaurant with a diverse menu for everyone to enjoy. Aljayeh and his team work hard to provide a culinary experience that people will not forget.

“When you dine at Brazos, you are treated like royalty,” said Sarah Kate Edmondson, the Chamber’s director of communication. “The service is impeccable, and the chef is outstanding. It’s clear that everyone at Brazos is dedicated to the restaurant’s success and to ensuring the happiness of every guest.”

Following the ribbon cutting, the grand opening commenced. Brazos served a three-course meal including unique appetizers, roasted lamb served with rice and a variety of incredible desserts.

“I’ve never had anything quite like some of the food we experienced,” said Edmondson. “It was absolutely delicious!”
